When an overhead crane goes down, every hour of lost production hits the bottom line. The fastest path back to full uptime is sourcing crane parts from a manufacturer who builds the components in-house, engineers them to OEM tolerances, and understands how each piece integrates into the larger lifting system. Ace World Companies has supplied custom-engineered crane parts to steel mills, aerospace facilities, shipyards, and heavy manufacturing plants since 1987. We stock, build, and ship replacement components for cranes ranging from 5-ton workhorses to 500-ton heavy-duty systems.
Whether you need a single brake assembly to get a production line moving again, a full set of end truck wheels for a fleet of bridge cranes, or modernized controls to bring an aging system into the current decade, our team can identify the right part, match the right specification, and get it on a truck. Most of what we ship comes off our own shelves because we manufacture more than 90% of our crane parts at our American facilities.
Ace supplies overhead crane parts for our own equipment and for cranes built by other major manufacturers. Our engineering team can reverse-engineer obsolete components, match existing dimensions and part numbers, or design a direct replacement that integrates with your current configuration. That capability matters when a 30-year-old crane is still running and the original manufacturer no longer supports it.
Our crane replacement parts catalog covers nearly every system on a typical overhead bridge crane:
If you have a model number, part number, or even a photograph of the worn component, our sales engineers can work from that information to source or build the correct industrial crane parts for your application, usually the same day. For active downtime situations, call 800-431-4223 and ask for parts, or email sales@aceworldcompanies.com.

Replacement is not always the right answer. Many of the overhead crane replacement parts requests we receive turn into modernization conversations because the existing system would benefit from upgraded controls, variable frequency drives, or a full electrical refit. Our crane modernization services team works alongside our parts division to evaluate aging systems and recommend whether a like-for-like replacement, a retrofit kit, or a full modernization will deliver the best long-term value. This is especially common with older drum hoists, contactor-based control systems, and end trucks running on legacy drive technology.
When modernization makes sense, we supply the crane modernization parts and crane control parts required for a complete upgrade, including VFDs, PLCs, motor brakes, encoders, and new pendant or radio control packages built to integrate with your existing structure.
The crane components we ship every week move steel coils, aircraft fuselages, turbine generators, paper rolls, concrete forms, and finished automotive bodies. We supply parts to facilities across the industries we serve, and that range of experience shapes how we approach every parts inquiry. A wheel for a steel mill ladle crane has to perform under heat, dust, and constant duty cycles. A hoist drum for an aerospace clean room has very different tolerances. We build to the application.
For specialty equipment, we also supply parts and assemblies for transfer cars and translation cars, gantry systems, and overhead bridge cranes configured for unusual spans, capacities, or duty classifications.
Send us a part number, a model name, a set of dimensions, or a description of the component you need. Our team will confirm the specification, check availability, and provide a quote, usually the same day. For active downtime situations, call 800-431-4223 and ask for parts, or email sales@aceworldcompanies.com.
