• Load and line reactors are dedicated to preventing production downtime, which is essential for concrete production operations.
• Load load-sensing device limits the overload condition during the stripping process or during normal operation.
• Electric wire rope hoists: Our Fort Worth, TX, team can manufacture custom, low-headroom, and standard wire rope hoists to fit your concrete handling needs. 
• Speeds: Hoist is operational at express speed at 40% load or less to double production at higher loads.
• Drum Grooving: Half-depth groove (or 1/2 of rope dia.) keeps cable in groove during traversing and hoisting operations. This gives the wire rope better support, increasing the life of the rope. We double the groove lands, adding life to the drum and its operation. Our 28:1 rope-to-drum ratio promotes extended rope and drum life.
• Spooling bar to monitor rope, preventing rope from disengaging from drum groove, only allowing hoist to go in “down” direction, allowing cable to seat back into the groove. This not only prevents costly wire rope damage and expensive cable drum destruction, but also prevents the cable from shearing, keeping the hoist in safe operating condition.
• Bearings 500,000+ bearing life. Each sheave allows lubrication through a port that displaces grease between bearings, forcing out old grease and revitalizing with new grease. This is essential in a concrete heavy dust environment. Sheaves are locked in place with a series of spacers and nuts. If side-pull occurs, this arrangement prevents costly sheave and load block damage. The only rotating part is the bearing turning on the inner race (no spacers or other wearable items due to metal-to-metal contact surface). 24/26:1 sheave to rope ratio with swinging equalizer, which gives equalizer 18:1 ratio, extending the rope life 2-3 times.
